Ingredients
  • 120g all purpose flour
  • 180ml milk
  • 50ml condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • butter to grease pan
  • honey to drizzle over crepes (optional)
  • Cuisine: Cooking time: 20 mins Serving: 6 people

     

    Method:

    1. Mix flour, condensed milk and milk until all are combined.

    2. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and then add to mixture.

    3. Sieve to remove lumpy flour mixture.

    4. Grease the frying pan with butter. Use medium heat.

    4. Pour batter into pan and tilt pan with circular motion so that the batter is distributed evenly.

    5. Cook crepe until bottom turns light brown and turn to cook the other side.

    6. Serve hot. My kids like to have honey drizzled over the crepes.
