
Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 5 min.
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- 3/4 cup FRANK’S® REDHOT® Sweet Chili Sauce, divided
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, cut into long strips
Method:
1. MIX peanut butter, 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce, water and soy sauce. Transfer to serving bowl.
2. ARRANGE chicken on metal skewers. Brush with remaining 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce.
3. GRILL chicken over medium heat on greased grill about 5 min. until cooked. Serve with peanut sauce.
Makes 6 servings
Tip: Toss 1 lb. hot cooked linguine in peanut sauce and serve warm.
