Experimented some more with Thermomix today and sadly, I have to say that this dish was a failure. First of all, it took too long to cook the beans (which remained half cooked after 4 minutes) and the texture of the rice was too wet. Personally, for me, I prefer dry fried rice. So, I decided to do another batch of fried vegetarian rice by using the wok to show you the difference.

I’m not sure whether it’s just me but if anyone have any pointers to improve cooking fried rice via Thermomix, do feel free to share.
